The registration fee includes access to the meeting, meeting material, reception, lunch and coffee breaks during the meeting.

Social events

There will be a Welcome Reception following the Sessions on June 24 (included in the registration fee) and the Gala Dinner will take place on June 25 at Gamla Bio, located in the center in Ingolfsstraeti 2a. The ticket price is 15,500.00 ISK. To register for the gala dinner please follow the instructions when registering.

Cancellation Policy

  • A written notification of cancellation should be sent to CP Reykjavik, gudrunb@cpreykjavik.is 
  • Cancellation made before April 20 will be charged a service fee of ISK 11.000
  • For cancellations made after April 20, we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made
  • Individual accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 48 hours before arrival date (working days)
  • Neither the Organizers nor the Meeting Secretariat can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations


CME credits
»The 'Faculty of Medicine, University of Iceland' (or) 'Melanoma: from basic science to clinical applications' is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net

»The 'Melanoma: from basic science to clinical applications' is designated for a maximum of (or 'for up to') 14 hours of European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.«

»Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
